If you follow the training program, nutrition protocol and my guidance, there is no way you can fail. With that being said if I can’t transform you or help you get stronger, I will refund you your money 100%.
It’s always good to have a baseline strength of 10 push ups and 5 chin ups. With that being said, if you can’t do those I can help you achieve them and go further beyond.
Our clients see results around after the second week of the program. You’ll notice real physical change around after four weeks and you’ll be blown away after 12 weeks.
I will come to you and train you in your home, your apartment gym or if you have a gym you go to, I can train you there if you have guest privileges.
If I’m training you inside your home, all you’re going to need is a pull up bar.
I will show you how to be able to eat your favorite foods while shredding fat. We accomplish this through intermittent fasting and tracking food. Personally I eat burgers and ice cream daily.
When you transform your body and improve your physique, the mind follows. This will improve your confidence and life immensely. Investing in a training program that has been proven to work is one of the best decisions you can make in life. It has a dramatic effect on your confidence and being in great shape gives you massive advantages in all areas of your life.
Each session is 45 to 60 minutes long and we’ll be training 3x a week. There are 168 hours in a week and we’ll be training for a total of 2 to 3 hours max. You can find 3 hours in the week to train.
